Fashion is complex. Just when you finally GET something, the next big trend happens. If we look at it, it can never be boring. A recent trend is a reminder that we always know very little of fashion – because there is just so much. Bows were already trending, but who know they’ll take a new turn. So now, there are hair bows trending – which all started from the fashion week.
If you’re still confused, let me put it more clearly. These are bows made out of actual hair. They are then dorned as earrings, because why not? A content creator caught people’s attention when she shared the making of that look. It’s simple (not really). You cut a strand of hair, tie it into a bow and add hooks for earrings. This look comes from Simone Rocha’s first couture collection for Jean Paul Gaultier.
You know what? They do look cute. Only, people may have different reactions to using real hair, because well…
Since bows remain important to Simone Rocha’s work, this becomes more special for the collection. For the show, this look was featured first with a nude-ish frock embellished with green designs. The good part is, here you can easily DIY.
