Chitrashi Rawat aka Komal Chautala from Chak De! India got hitched on February 4 and her pics are making me super nostalgic. She tied the knot with actor Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and attending the event were her Chak De! India girls. It was a reunion for the hockey teammates and it’s amazing to see them all together after so long!
Their Intimate Yet Beautiful Ghar Wali Shaadi!
Chitrashi and Dhruv dated for almost a decade before finally tying the knot! The celebrations took place at Dhruv’s hometown with their close friends and family in attendance. My fave team member from the movie, Chitrashi looked lovely in a gold lehenga paired with a red dupatta and a statement nath. Complementing her wedding outfit, Dhruvaditya wore a beige sherwani and a red bandhani turban.
A Team Reunion Like No Other!
The wedding was attended by several of Chitrashi’s Chak De! India co-stars. Vidya Malavade, Shilpa Shukla, Shruti Alfat, Shubhi Mehta Bajpai, Tanya Abrol and Seema Azmi got together to cheer for their teammate! Many of her close friends from the TV industry, including Delnaaz Irani, Sayantani Ghosh, Moonmoon Banerjee, were there too. If only coach Kabir Khan aka SRK would’ve made it too!
I just can’t get enough of these pictures shared by the bride and the girls. It is heartwarming to see all of them together and holding on to the bond they formed more than a decade ago. Whoever said actresses can’t be friends needs to take a hard look at these photos!
