You’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Step 1: In a bowl, add all three ingredients and allow the chia seeds to soak for 15-20 minutes. 

Step 2: You’ll notice that it has achieved gel-like consistency in about 15 minutes. Apply this gel to your face and neck. 

Step 3: Let it sit for 15 minutes or until it is completely dry. Then, wash it off with lukewarm water while gently massaging it in circular motions.

An Uber Nourishing Mask



You’ll need:

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil


Step 1: Soak chia seeds in water for 15 to 20 minutes. 

Step 2: Then, strain the solution and add 1 teaspoon of honey and olive oil to it. Mix the ingredients well.

Step 3: Gently massage the paste on your face and let it sit for around 20 to 30 seconds. Rinse your face with lukewarm water, and follow it up by washing your face with cold water to close pores.

An Anti-Aging Mask


You’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup of green tea
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey


Step 1: In a bowl take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 cup of green tea, and 1 tablespoon of raw honey. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  

Step 2: Then, apply it all over your face and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing it off.

You’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet almond oil
  • 1 cup white or brown sugar


Step 1: In a bowl, take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds along with ½ a cup of coconut oil.

Step 2: Then, add ¼ cup of sweet almond oil and 1 cup of brown sugar.

Step 3: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pro tip: Use white sugar for more exfoliating power or brown sugar for sensitive skin. Gently scrub your body, hands, or feet and pave your way to baby-soft skin from head to toe.

You’ll need:

  • 4 cups chia seeds
  • 1 cup distilled water
  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel


Step 1: Combine the chia seeds and water and let sit overnight. Heat the mic

Step 2: Heat the mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes and strain out the chia seeds. 

Step 3: Add aloe vera gel and whisk the mixture well. Apply to damp hair as a natural hair gel and get super smooth hair.
