Getting Bebo to say ‘yes’ was not an easy task for Saif Ali Khan. Saif first proposed to Kareena Kapoor at a bar in Paris and was swiftly rejected by the actress. But he didn’t let it dampen his spirits because a few days later he again proposed to her at the
Notre-Dame de Paris and the actress rejected him again. The actual magic happened two days later after Bebo thought about the proposal and finally said yes to the nawab of Pataudi!
2. Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh
This absolutely adorable singer duo tied the knot within months of meeting each other and left us all surprised. Remember that cute proposal post where Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh were sitting together and the latter was holding a placard that read ‘will you marry me?’. Well…that’s not how Rohanpreet actually proposed to Neha.
Speaking to Kapil Sharma on The Kapil Sharma Show, Neha Kakkar revealed that Rohanpreet was drunk when he told her that he cannot live without her and asked her to marry him! Neha just assumed that he would forget it the next morning but clearly, the singer didn’t!

3. Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar
Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar’s wedding made headlines recently. Just before the wedding, the Bigg Boss 7 winner posted a lockdown love story video, which revealed that Zaid proposed to her with a song! Well…what better way to seal the deal than with the right song! We all love the perfect background music.
4. Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu
Karan Singh Grover’s proposal really made us fall in love with this couple. Karan and Bipasha Basu were in Koh Samui on New Year’s eve when the latter proposed to the actress. Bipasha was taking a video of the fireworks when Karan popped the question with a ring and that left the actress speechless…literally. Karan was on his knees for 10 minutes and the actress just couldn’t stop crying and in between her sobs, she finally said ‘okay’!

5. Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan
Just like in his films, Shah Rukh Khan chased after his lady-love Gauri Khan when she broke up with him and left for Mumbai with her friends. If media reports are to be believed, SRK looked for her all over Mumbai till he found her on a beach and the duo started crying when they realised how much they missed each other. And that’s when our romantic hero popped the question. How filmy!
6. Abigail Pande & Sanam Johar
This proposal story just made our heart melt and it just had to be on our list. According to media reports, choreographer Sanam Johar and Humse Hai Life fame actress Abigail Pande had known each other for a year after which Sanam popped the question at a party. Abigail was reportedly sleepy when Sanam proposed to her and replied with a thank you but the next morning she realised that the proposal actually happened when her friends started talking about it. The actress did not give the choreographer an answer immediately but soon proposed to him on national television during Nach Baliye Season 8.

7. Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu
Well…Paris seems to be the Pataudi khandaan’s favourite proposal destination. We know Saif Ali Khan proposed to Kareena Kapoor Khan in Paris. But did you know that Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi also proposed to Sharmila Tagore in Paris when she was shooting for the film An Evening in Paris?
And then actor Kunal Kemmu took forward the family’s legacy by proposing to Soha Ali Khan in Paris. The duo was on a month-long Europe tour when Kunal popped the question to his lady-love in the French city of love with what Soha called ‘the most perfect ring in the world’.
8. Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame actor Karan Mehra proposed to Nisha Rawal in front of the media on HIS BIRTHDAY! Can you believe it? Nisha had arrived at his birthday bash when the actor went down on his knees and proposed to her with a ring. And who could say no to that?!
