Dressed In A Yellow Saree & Baby’s Breath Jewellery, This Bride Is Winning Hearts

From wearing a white lehenga for the D-day to opting for a jumpsuit for their mehendi ceremonies, brides have been impressing us with their unconventional choices. Comfort couture and outfits they can re-wear seems to be the new mantra when it comes to wedding functions. Bride Shevanjlee A. Valecha followed exactly that. She wore a yellow floral saree for her haldi and looked brighter than sunshine. The best part: she could enjoy the entire ceremony to the hilt.

More than her saree, what caught our attention was the gorgeous jewelry she chose to pair along with it. She wore floral jewellery made with white baby’s breath and some colourful flowers. The bride looked gorgeous AF, wearing a neckpiece, earrings, maangtikka and a nath–all made of fresh flowers. Shevanjlee also wore cute personalised pink and golden bangles that had names of the bride and groom written on it.

We also loved how she didn’t go OTT with her makeup. Shevanjlee looked beautiful with her fresh face makeup look, and ditched the kajal and eyeliner both. A nude pink lippie, a small bindi and a simple braid completed her bridal look.

Not just haldi, she also impressed us with her attire on the wedding day. Ditching the usual red, she chose to wear a green lehenga by D’Vasa label. She accessorised her bridal lehenga with a pearl and golden choker, a raani haar, an OTT nath.

Her D-day makeup caught our attention too. Deep golden smokey eyes, subtle soft skin and a hint of shimmery glow on those cheekbones, now that’s what we call–elegance at its best.
