When Bigg Boss 16 started we were all curious to see if we’ll find another perfect match like Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash in the house. For a while, we thought Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta might be our favourite couple of season 16. But as it turns out, our expectations were way too high.
According to the latest Bigg Boss promo, Shalin and Tina are at loggerheads once again over Nimrit Kaur’s captaincy. During a conversation, Shalin agrees that captaincy should stay with Nimrit and he is on her side. Upon hearing this Priyanka Chahar Choudhary gets furious and accuses Shalin of changing his stance by saying, “You were planning and plotting against her captaincy and now you want her to stay as a captain?”

Tina joins Priyanka and calls Shalin, ‘dogala’ which doesn’t sit well with the Naagin actor. Shalin hits back with, “You planned and plotted against Nimrit. You are such a liar Tina.” Shalin then tells Tina, “You are such a dogala double-faced) that once you are done with one guy (points a finger at himself), you go to another guy (points at Stan).” Tina gets furious on hearing the allegations and says, “Zabaan sambhalke baat kar. I will slap you. Khud ki biwi ki dignity nahi rakha Shalin Bhanot, you are pointing fingers at my character? Tujh jaisa nalayak ladka, mujhe farq nahi padta.” (Be mindful of what you are saying. You didn’t even presevre your wife’s dignity as well. With a useless man like you, I couldn’t care less)
In the end of the promo, Tina walks out and talks to the camera, “I want to go home this week.”
NGL, Tina and Shalin’s fight hasn’t come as a surprise to us. Last night, Bigg Boss spoke to Shalin about how his relationship with Tina is holding him back.
Does it mean it is over for #ShaTin? Call me a glass-half-full kinda girl but I think there is a lot more left in Shalin and Tina’s story.
