If we had a penny for every time Shalin Bhanot and Sumbul Touqeer’s friendship had us confused on Bigg Boss 16, we would be loaded. Right from the first day of the show, these two have been quite close but in the Bigg Boss world, nothing breaks quicker than close bonds. In the past two weeks, we have seen a lot of ups and downs in the #ShaBul relationship and according to the recent Bigg Boss 16 promo, it is gonna get worse.

As per the teaser, Sumbul finally called out Shalin (about time, right?) for constantly letting her down in the nomination tasks. Shalin tried convincing her that he is on her side but the Imlie actress wasn’t convinced. Shalin told her, ‘Abey yedi tumko samjh mein nahi aara kya (Are you crazy, don’t you get it)?’ In her response, Sumbul explained she came to him even after her father made serious accusations about the Naagin actor. As expected, Shalin was quick to dismiss Sumbul’s emotions and shut her down by saying ‘Mujhe apki jarurat nahi hai (I don’t need you).’
Sumbul and Shalin’s relationship is a classic case of ‘can’t live with them, can’t live without them’. So, this argument doesn’t come as a surprise to most Bigg Boss fans ‘coz inka toh roz ka hai!
To be fair, Sumbul and Shalin have more in common than any other two contestants—both are overly dramatic and can’t take any criticism. We all have seen them go through the worst of fights, only to find their way back to each other. However, the only thing we are wondering right now is if Tina Dutta will play the meditator in this fight or if has she also gotten tired of the drama. Let’s find out in tonight’s episode!
