The actress is enjoying motherhood for the second time and when it comes to work, Bebo seems to be adding one feather after another to her cap. First, she became an author with the launch of her debut book Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible: The Ultimate Manual For Moms-To-Be, and now, she has surprised us all with yet another special project.
Bebo took to the ‘gram to share an exciting announcement with us yesterday. Turns out, she is all set to collaborate with Ekta Kapoor and become a producer for Hansal Mehta’s next film! She even shared a stunning picture with Ekta and Hansal on her Insta and captioned it as “New beginning”. Check out the pic here.
If you’re feeling as excited as we are then hold on—it gets even better! Apart from playing the role of producer, Bebo will also be a part of the star cast. How exciting, right?
Talking to a leading daily, Kareena said, “Very honoured and excited to work as a producer on this film with Ekta whom my family has known for years and of course to be directed by Hansal for the first time will be special. There are a lot of firsts on this film and I cannot wait to begin this journey.”
On working with Kareena, Ekta opened up and shared, “Kareena Kapoor Khan is a dynamite combination of star power and talent. We last worked together on Veere Di Wedding, which was the biggest hit headlined by a female star. The second time’s always a charm and I’m confident this one too will excite the audience.”
A little birdie tells us that the movie is inspired by a real-life incident and the story is set in the UK. The best bit is that the film is all set to go on floors soon!
