Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap have been in the news for all the right reasons lately. Even though both his recent releases, Badhai Ho and Andhadhun, broke the box office, it’s his personal life that has been winning our hearts. He was Tahira’s support system and stood by her when she was detected with stage 0 breast cancer and underwent a preventive mastectomy. Also, since she is still undergoing chemotherapy, Ayushmann decided to fast alone on Karwa Chauth for her long life and good health. So cute, you guys! <3

The couple, blessed with two adorable kids – Virajveer and Varushka – have completed a decade together as today marks their ten-year anniversary. Ayushmann shared an adorable throwback picture of him and Tahira from their wedding and they haven’t changed a bit! They’ve been setting an amazing example of what a normal marriage looks like, despite the stardom, the adulation and the distance between them.
All of these things show us that they are just another couple totally in love with each other. Ayushmann’s recent revelations on Neha Dhupia’s show, No Filter Neha were proof of the same. His debut movie Vicky Donor’s success wasn’t so sweet for him since some parts of the movie affected his married life greatly. In a surprising confession, he told Neha that Tahira had been holding his hand throughout the movie until she saw him kiss his co-star Yami Gautam on-screen and that’s when she let go. He added that even though she was aware of the script, she was extremely uneasy watching her husband kiss on-screen. Calling it the lowest phase of their lives, he said it took three years to get rid of the uneasiness between them.
Tahira is now more open about him kissing on screen, though. She even sits through the editing of a film and does suggest retakes if the kiss doesn’t look authentic enough. He narrated a similar incident that happened during the shoot of Manmarziyaan. Ayushmann and Bhoomi Pednekar were supposed to be the leads of the Anurag Kashyap movie before the producer and director clashed and changed the cast. The Shubh Mangal Savdhaan co-stars had to re-shoot the kissing scene 20 times before they got it right and Tahira, who was present during the shoot, was totally okay with that.
