Ranbir Kapoor is the coolest new dad-to-be in B-town, and truth be told, we’re every bit excited. The actor has shined in every role he has taken on, and we’re sure he’ll do the same with being a father. Recently, Ranbir hinted at a baby name and NGL, we can’t wait for the grand reveal!
In a conversation with a media portal, the actor was asked if he would name the child starting with the letter R. To this, Ranbir replied that he and his wife Alia Bhatt have an arsenal of names for the little bundle of joy. These include both, the names starting with R and non-R names.
The Shamshera actor also added that he can only choose a name after assessing the child’s personality. He said that when he holds his child for the first time, the name will instinctively pop into his mind and that moment will be a very special one. Aww! How totally adorbs is that?
Ranbir also shut down rumours of #RaLia having twins. During a game in an interview, the actor was asked to give two lies and a truth about himself. Ranbir said, “I am having twins, I am going to be part of a very big mythological film, I am taking a long break from work”.
This statement led to a frenzy of whispers claiming that Alia and Ranbir are expecting twins. But Ranbir was quick and put an end to baseless accusations. He said, “Don’t create controversy. They asked me to state three things: two truths and a lie. Now I can’t reveal what is the truth, and what is the lie.”
Meanwhile on the work front, Ranbir is tied up with Shamshera promotions. Apart from this film, he will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmāstra and Luv Ranja’s untitled project alongside Shraddha Kapoor.
And when it comes to the baby’s name, we’re sure it’s going to be absolutely perfect regardless of what the parents choose. TBH, we just can’t wait for the little one’s arrival!
