Celebrities are subject to constant speculations like what their next project will be, where they’re going for their holiday, and also who they’re dating. And don’t even get us started on pregnancy rumours. A few weeks ago, it was being reported that Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja were all set to become parents. However, the actress took to the ‘gram and cleared the air with a cheeky Insta post.

More recently, rumours of Dipika Kakar being pregnant have been doing the rounds on social media. Multiple reports suggest that the actress and her husband Shoaib Ibrahim are all set to become parents. One look at the comments section of her posts and you’d know that her fans cannot stop talking about her pregnancy. If you’ve been eagerly awaiting an official announcement from them, then we’ve got something to share with you guys.

Dipika recently attended a brand launch where she interacted with the media and opened up on her pregnancy. On being asked if she and Shoaib are expecting a baby, she sarcastically replied, “Really? Meri life ke baare mein aap mujhe khush khabri de rahe ho (You are giving me good news about my life), wow!”

This isn’t the first time the actress has shut down pregnancy rumours. Back in 2019, rumour mills were abuzz that the actress was pregnant and was planning to take a step back from her career. However, she’d rubbished them by saying that she’d just gotten married and had no plans of starting a family anytime soon.

Talking about the couple, Dipika and Shoaib’s love story is no less than a fairy tale. The two met on the sets of the popular daily soap, Sasural Simar Ka, became friends, and fell in love. After dating for three years, they tied the knot in 2018 and have been giving us major #CoupleGoals ever since.

Well, we’ve said it before and we’ll say it again— just because a woman is married does not mean that pregnancy is on the cards. It is not only rude but also offensive to speculate about such a private and sensitive matter.

As for Dipika and Shoaib, we absolutely love the two and cannot get enough of their adorable posts on the ‘gram.
