Hello December! We have been waiting for this month to arrive for two reasons—winter and celeb shaadis! Be it Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif‘s wedding or Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain’s shaadi, we are beyond excited! While #VicKat have kept things hush-hush on their end, thankfully our fave telly actress has been sharing lots of adorable posts on the ‘Gram.
Last night, Ankita kick-started the pre-wedding festivities with her fiancé Vicky! The Pavitra Rishta star looked stunning in a gold saree, whereas groom-to-be Vicky wore a bandhgala and trousers. The pre-wedding bash was attended by the couple’s close friends and family members.
The videos from their pre-wedding celebration have flooded our social media feeds but we are certainly not complaining!
Ankita And Vicky’s Wedding Events
According to the grapevine, Ankita and Vicky’s wedding functions will take place in Mumbai. Each function will have a different theme (just imagine all the wedding lewks)! A source close to the diva spilled the beans about the couple’s shaadi plans and said, “The mehendi ceremony will take place on December 12 followed by their engagement in the evening. On December 13, the couple will have a haldi ceremony and in the evening will be sangeet. The wedding will take place the next day in the morning. While the theme for mehendi is bright pop and vibrant attire, engagement will be all glitz and glam. The haldi ceremony will be a yellow-themed celebration and sangeet will be Indo-western.”

Earlier this year, Ankita spoke about her dream wedding and her plans for the big day. She said, “Marriage is something which is very beautiful. Yes, I am super excited about my marriage, which is going to be soon. I am hoping for that. And I really like Jaipur-Jodhpur Rajasthani weddings.”
Ankita added, “For me, love is the need. I need love everywhere, it’s like my food. I need to have love wherever I go, whatever I do or whatever I choose, so love is my priority.”
After looking at these love-filled videos, we are now waiting for Vicky and Ankita’s shaadi. BRB, just imagining Ankita as the prettiest bride ever!
