This year’s shaadi season started with the grand wedding of Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra and the pictures and videos from the extravagant event took over the internet in no time. It was a star-studded affair with who’s who of Bollywood in attendance. The wedding festivities began with the mehendi ceremony on February 1, followed by a sangeet, the wedding and a grand reception. From Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan to Karisma and Kareena and Karan Johar, everyone danced their hearts out and had a gala time.
The mehendi, however, was an intimate affair attended by friends and family members. The pictures and videos from the ceremony showed Karisma Kapoor shaking a leg with the bride and the groom, but the one who really stole the show was Anissa’s mom Aneeta Malhotra.
Anissa’s mommy dearest set the stage on fire as she danced to the tunes of Mera Naam Chin Chin Chu and Gori Gori with her besties. It was beautifully choreographed by Urvi Shah.
