In the last couple of years, many of our favourite Bollywood stars have made their way to Hollywood and they are straight-up killing it. Now it appears that Ananya Panday is on her way to become a global star.
Recently, in an interview, Ananya spilled the beans about her Hollywood plans and said, “I would be really happy if I get to audition for something. There are so many interesting opportunities to work all over the world. With OTT, the world has become a much smaller place. You have access to so many different kinds of cinema in so many languages. So, why not?”
That’s not all folks, Ananya is also planning to take up edgier roles in the near future and we are hella excited about this. The Student Of The Year 2 actress said that she is a huge fan of Zendaya and would love to play a role like hers in Euphoria. She shared, “As an actor, I don’t want to tie myself down to anything. So I would love to play a character like that.”
NGL, we were left impressed with Ananya’s acting chops in her latest release Gehraiyaan and now we really want to see her in an intense role. Can someone make this happen please?
What’s Next For Ananya Panday?
ATM Ananya has a number of interesting projects in her kitty— she will be soon seen alongside Vijay Deverakonda in Liger. A while ago the actress spoke at length about her role in the film and said that her character is quite ‘amusing and entertaining’. She said, “Foraying into four new industries is scary, but also super exciting. I can’t wait to see how the audience reacts to both films and my characters in them. And language is such a small barrier and I think we’ve all seen that this year, after being exposed to so much regional and world cinema.”
Another big project that Ananya is working on is Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and she’ll be reuniting with Siddhant Chaturvedi for the flick. From the looks of it, Ananya Panday might make her way to global stardom soon. We are already excited to see another desi girl ruling Hollywood!
