Recently, while scrolling our ‘Gram we came across an adorable snap from Shaheen Bhatt’s birthday celebration.
Shaheen celebrated her special day with her sister Alia Bhatt and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani team. Ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra shared a picture from the bash that featured Ranveer Singh, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Farah Khan Kunder, Karan Johar and more. On Sunday, Alia posted the cutest picture to wish Shaheen and penned a sweet note. She wrote, “Happy birthday my sweetie. My happy place. My safe place. My mother. My best friend. My child. I don’t think there’s a word in the dictionary to aptly express the gratitude I feel for your existence in my life. I don’t know a world or a life without your love! I wish you all the love and joy in the world and when the weathers not great I’ll be there holding up an umbrella! I love you my melon”
Shaheen and Alia never fail to make us go aww! The Bhatt sisters always make a lot of buzz on ‘Gram for sure! While Alia is one of the most successful Bollywood actresses ATM, her sister Shaheen has also established herself as an author. Her book I’ve Never Been (Un)Happier struck a chord with the masses. She penned about her battle with depression and growing up as a star child.
In a previous interview, Shaheen opened up on her decision to talk about her mental health. She said, “My entire reasoning for wanting to talk about this is the fact is I honestly, truly believe that even if it’s not mental illness, everyone of us is struggling with some kind of pain. Pain is universal, and happiness is unfortunately not universal. And we have all got very used to not discussing things that are uncomfortable.”
