Alia Bhatt’s Fail-Proof Hairstyles You Can Steal For Your Bestie’s Wedding

Alia Bhatt’s Fail-Proof Hairstyles You Can Steal For Your Bestie’s Wedding

The shaadi season is in full swing. And we’re not the only ones making the most of it—Alia Bhatt has been trending as she’s busy attending her best friend Kripa Mehta’s wedding in Jodhpur. Keeping in mind how we’d like to keep things trendy, we thought we’d take some time to appreciate Alia Bhatt’s hair game. So even if you’re planning to repeat an outfit, here’s how you should up your mane quotient.

1. Braided Bun

Alia brought in the big day with her bestie with nude make-up and a braided bun. If you, like Alia, like to keep it chic & stylish, then add the twist with a braided bun. Since it’s not high or low, it’s easy-to-carry too.

2. Make A Pony

We may not have a polo match to attend, but since most weddings have at least 3-5 functions, a high ponytail is great for a smaller function. A ponytail with curls at the bottom adds a bit of volume which makes it a perfect style for second-day hair. It’s also a great way to keep the spotlight on accessories like statement earrings. Or in Alia’s case, her Delna Poonawalla hat.

3. Crowned Glory

Want to wear a maathapatti without making a braid? We got you. Take inspiration from Alia—by teasing her hair on the crown. Alia avoided flat hair, a common problem with maangtikkas. Her soft-curled layers were the perfect finish to this look. Not to mention this piece from Isharya is a must-have for all of us minimalists.

4. Straight N Sleek

Like to keep things straight? So does Alia. Notice how she keeps most of it sleek, but adds a bit of her personality and a dash of fun with neat braids on the side.

5. Vintage Curls

She didn’t wear this to her bestie’s wedding but I couldn’t get over her recent red carpet hairdo. What you must remember is that small changes in your look, like a side parting with retro curls can up your hair game. We think this look is ideal if you’re planning on wearing a gown or dhoti pants at a wedding.
