Towards the end of 2022, Twinkle Khanna posted about going back to school to pursue a Master’s in Fiction Writing at the University of London. Now that the actor, writer and author finished her degree, her partner, Akshay Kumar shared a super adorable post on Instagram. The Bollywood actor also shared a note saying that he’s proud of how Twinkle managed to balance all the aspects of her life to complete her education. He has even said that for him, she’s a ‘superwoman.’ We know, we know, this is beyond adorable.
This isn’t the first time the Mission Raniganj actor has praised his wife for her advancement. In November 2023, he shared how proud he is of her for going back to university in her 40s and also publishing her book Welcome to Paradise. In the caption he said, “And today as you launch your new book, #WelcomeToParadise I just know it will add inches to my already big chest. Congratulations, Tina.”
What a lovely way to articulate the pride you have for your spouse. I know that many women often seek respect and support from their partners the most because this forms the foundation for any healthy relationship. The fact that Akshay Kumar has shown this kind of support for Twinkle Khanna is something we are absolutely applauding.
