That means not putting a bucket load of makeup every day and going to sleep in the wee hours of the morning. It is ideal to start off with clean skin, so rinse your face with a mild cleanser and then apply a clay mask to draw out deeper-rooted impurities. Now that your skin is prepped, it is time to moisturise. Look for hydrating & calming ingredients like ceramides, cica, and panthenol to give your skin a little extra love after your clay mask. BTW, you cannot skip a moisturiser because you used a serum. A serum’s primary role is to penetrate into the deeper layers of your skin, keeping it hydrated from the inside out. A moisturiser will ensure it locks in that hydration and keeps your skin soft and supple.

Massage All The Way

Using facial massage tools like the Gua Sha or jade roller doesn’t just help tone your face muscles, it also helps push out toxins that can get accumulated in your face area. Indulging in a face massage with your face tools will remove puffiness and help correct discolouration and sallowness.
