From the fuss-free pandemic wedding to their cutesy Instagram PDA, everything about them is just so adorbs.
We recently got to know—Aditya and Shweta are expecting their first child! The singer just took to Instagram to share the happy update and shared a picture with the glowing mom-to-be. Aditya penned, “Shweta & I feel grateful & blessed to share that we are welcoming our first child soon #BabyOnTheWay.”
To say that we are going all gaga over Shweta’s glorious baby bump would legit be the understatement of the year! Honestly, all we can say ATM is *touchwood*
In a recent interview, Aditya shared his excitement about this new phase of life and said, “It feels surreal. I have always been fond of children and wanted to become a father someday. Now, Shweta might be in for more work because I am not less than a child, and we recently even adopted a naughty golden retriever. Our house will be booming with high-octane energy soon.”
He added, “My father and mother are both excited that they will become grandparents soon, but my father (singer Udit Narayan) is a little shy like me when it comes to expressing himself.”
Aditya and Shweta’s love story is what dreams are made of and we can surely vouch for it. The two met while shooting for their debut film Shaapit in 2010 and instantly became friends. For Aditya, it was love at first sight and he asked his mom to convince Shweta to date him. Eventually, the actress agreed to go on a date with him and the rest as they say is history. They dated for 10 years before tying the knot in 2020 in Mumbai.
We’re happy for the soon-to-be mommy and daddy. And we can’t wait for them to drop more pics on the ‘Gram soon!
