7 Most Unfair Evictions Of Bigg Boss That Made Us Say Ye Kya Battameezi Hai

Bigg Boss is one of the most entertaining and popular reality shows in India. But, the show has also been accused of being one of the most biased and scripted series of all time. To be honest, there’s no smoke without fire. The makers of BB have introduced weird twists in every season to make the game easier for their fave contestants. From blatantly giving special treatment to certain gharwalas to eliminating strong players unfairly, they have done it all. While they were discreet about their actions in the past, in recent times, they have pulled these random stunts quite openly. In fact, BB 15 has become one of the most problematic seasons owing to baseless eliminations and nominations. Sadly, sending strong gharwalas home in an unjust manner is a common practice for the reality show and we’re so done with it.

Need a reminder to know what we’re talking about? Here are seven gharwalas who were eliminated from the Bigg Boss house unfairly.

Umar Riaz (Season 15)

Umar Riaz’s eviction is one of the most unfair eliminations in the history of Bigg Boss. He eliminated for being violent in the house. The viewers had to vote and decide if he deserved another chance in the house or not. As per reports, more than 60% of votes were in his favour. But, he was still shown the door by host Salman Khan, who BTW, left no stone unturned to demean him at all times.

Now, while we do not support violence, we do have a question—why was Karan Kundrra spared when he brutally choke slammed Pratik Sehajpal to the ground? Why did Simba Nagpal remain in the house when he pushed Umar into the pool? Shouldn’t rules be the same for everyone?

Rakhi Sawant (Season 15)

Rakhi Sawant has been evicted from the BB house and her elimination will be aired on today’s episode. The actress has been frequently called on the show by the makers because she is considered the queen of entertainment. So, it’s quite baffling that a bunch of people voted her out for being the most boring player during a task. Our question—who are these random folks and why are they deciding on behalf of the entire nation?

Vishal Kotian (Season 15)

Vishal Kotian, Neha Bhasin and Jay Bhanushali were evicted from the BB house after getting the least number of votes during a live session. Again, why did the makers have to make this random move to eliminate these gharwalas? The decision was not based on the entire country’s vote, but a bunch of people who were online at that moment. We cannot help but think if BB pre-planned it all to make space for new challengers in the house.

Donal Bisht & Vidhi Pandya (Season 15)

We said it before and we will say it again—BB 15 is the most problematic season ever. And, the problem started quite early. Donal Bisht and Vidhi Pandya were evicted from the game because other contestants thought they were weak players. WTH? If all the gharwalas are equal in the house, then why were they given such power on the show?

Moose Jattana (BB OTT)

Moose Jattana was one of the wittiest and most entertaining players in the Bigg Boss OTT. Honestly, we don’t think she would have been evicted if the decision was dependent on her fans’ votes. But, it was the other gharwalas who decided that she didn’t deserve to stay in the game. Obviously, the move was unfair because every contestant supported their own connections and did not think about Moose.

Sara Gurpal & Shehzad Deol (Season 14)

YouTube

Sara Gurpal and Shehzad Deol’s fate in the BB 14 house was decided by the three Toofani Seniors, Gauahar Khan, Hina Khan and late Sidharth Shukla. Again, why ask the audience to vote when they don’t care about our opinion in the first place?

Abhinav Shukla (Season 14)

Instagram

Abhinav Shukla was eliminated from the BB 14 house just a few days before the finale. Also, his eviction was highly problematic because the contestants, who made the decision, were already voted out by the audience earlier. Why did the gharwalas, who were less deserving than him, make a call about his future in the game?

Honestly, we just hope that the next season of Bigg Boss does away with these unfair practices.
