This makeup look requires you to prep a matte finish makeup base. Start by priming your skin with a poreless finish primer. Then apply your favourite matte finish foundation and blend well with a makeup brush or blender. Cover your problem areas with a true tone concealer and brighten your under eyes with a concealer shade not lighter than one shade to your skin tone. Set your under eyes with banana powder, and dust off the excess.
Step 2: Dreaming In Blue
If you’re looking to make your eyes the bold heroes of your makeup look, you can never go wrong with blue. To begin, prep your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer, and then blend a light blue shade across the entire lid. Take a deeper blue shade and start blending it in your outer crease and slightly blend it towards your upper lashline. Line your waterline with kajal and smudge it a little bit.
