Sidharth Shukla
During Bigg Boss 13, Rashami Desai continuously talked about how Sidharth Shukla was a difficult person to work with and would create nuisance during the shoot of Dil Se Dil Tak. She also talked about how Sidharth would deliberately pick up fights with her and abused her on the sets.
Their co-star Vaishnavi MacDonald later went on supporting Rashami’s claims in an interview. “He had a problem with his male co-star. He even misbehaved with him. I think it was Sidharth’s fault because that boy was doing his job but Sidharth kept saying nasty things to him, in front of everyone. About his work, his lifestyle, his acting, he was passing comments about everything. And that boy wasn’t a relative newcomer. He had worked on other projects as well. So that was very unprofessional. That boy gave up and said he would not work with Sidharth again,” she shared.
Tina Dutta
Tina Dutta rose to stardom with her portrayal of the sweet, innocent Ichcha in Colors TV’s Uttaran. Rumours have it that the actress was anything but sweet and innocent once the cameras stopped rolling. It is said that she often bailed out on the shoots, would spend a lot of time in the vanity, reject almost all of the costumes that were given to her, and ask for a change mid-shoot. However, the actress denied all the rumours by saying, “I demand what is due, talk upfront and I am blunt. If people consider this as a tantrum, in that case, I’m a tantrum queen. I am who I am, and I won’t change.”
Kapil Sharma
From his fallout with Suniel Grover to his laidback attitude on the sets, a lot has been said about Kapil Sharma’s starry tantrums. He once made Vidya Balan wait on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show for more than six hours. Fans too have talked about his attitude and how he would often refuse to click selfies while treating them rudely. In 2017, he gave a really hard time to a media conclave’s organisers in Delhi. He kept rescheduling his visit, made them book and cancel his tickets several times, and then eventually refused to make it to the event.
Sonarika Bhadoria
The very beautiful Sonarika Bhadoria amassed a great fan base with her portrayal of Goddess Parvati in Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev. Seems like the fame got to head and there came a time when there were all sorts of rumours circulating about her diva tantrums. Despite being a newcomer, Sonarika would often complain about the star treatment that her co-star Mohit Raina (Lord Shiva) received. The production house did their bit to keep Sonarika happy however her growing tantrums left the production house with no other option but to show her the door. She was then replaced by Mouni Roy and could not manage to get any substantial projects after that.
Mouni Roy
Well, when it comes to tantrums, Mouni Roy seems to have her own reputation as well. She has been known to slack, arrive at the sets late, and also misbehave with reporters and co-actors. It is said that she once had a major showdown on the sets of Naagin with Arjun Bijlani. The actress also threw a major tantrum during Akash Ambani’s wedding after she was asked to seal her phone like every other guest. She was scheduled to perform at the ceremony and had a major fight with the security after her arrival. It took them forever to convince her. Sadly, she did not stop just there and kept trying to remove the seal sticker again and again.
Karan Patel
Karan Patel happens to be one of the few TV actors who have actually accepted that they have been a nuisance to work with. In 2018, he appeared on Rajeev Khandelwal’s chat show JuzzBaatt and came clean with it. During the interview, he talked about how he had temper issues. During his low days, it came to the point that showmakers started specifying in his contract that he would not storm out of the sets or misbehave with his colleagues. The actor broke down while recollecting that he developed an alcohol problem during his first show and even once went to the set under the influence. Of course, the actor had to pay for his unprofessional behaviour and was out of work for four straight years post Kasturi.
Digangana Suryavanshi
The youngest Bigg Boss contest to date, Digangana Suryavanshi has been known to make things pretty difficult for her co-actors on the sets of Veera. She once had a particularly heated altercation with Farnaz Shetty on the set over some makeup issues and it got so bad that the director had to get involved.
