The Gut Health Smoothie

POPxo

All of us have heard about how green veggies are amazing for our digestion, strength, and overall health, right? Well, what few of us have heard about green veggies is that they work like magic when we have them on an empty stomach. My nutritionist introduced me to this green smoothie last year when I was struggling with a lot of gut health issues and take this from me–this is life-changing. And while the entire idea of having goopy spinach first thing in the morning was sort of unappetising for me, I powered through by tweaking the recipe and making it a little chocolaty. Works like a charm now!
