It seems like everyone is on a vacation these days. Either people are holidaying in Goa or they're off to the Maldives to have a gala time. Whereas me? I'm sitting at home and watching their Instagram stories and going green with jealousy.
Well, unlike me if you actually have vacay plans for the summer, or even if you'd rather stay safe and stay home, here are some celebrity-approved makeup looks that you've got to check out. They're not OTT and they won't take hours to perfect, so don't worry!
Kajal is that one makeup product that looks great with everything and Sara Ali Khan just proves my point. She rocks it with ethnic wear and with swimsuits alike. Just draw a thick line on both your waterlines and your eyes will get a gorgeous definition. Don't forget to apply coats of mascara and you're ready to go.
Ananya Panday is the queen of au naturale makeup looks. If you love to keep it minimal like her, we suggest filling in your brows ever so slightly, applying concealer to cover your marks and blemishes, and then going in with a tinted lip balm. Trust us, you'll slay it!
Holidays are all about tan lines and sunshine and Tara Sutaria's makeup look just proves our point. To achieve this look just add some bronzer to the hollows of your cheeks, your jawline, and your forehead. Then take a cheek tint and apply it to the apples of your cheeks and dab some on your lips as well. Ain't that easy peasy?
For a night out or a dinner date on your holiday, take notes from Mouni Roy's makeup look and go for something bolder and sexier. She chose to do a subtle smokey eye and it went perfectly well with her all-black outfit. Just take a black eyeshadow and smudge it out on your lid and blend it with a nude eyeshadow for a seamless finish. Apply mascara or add falsies and don't forget to click a hundred selfies to post on Insta.
Blind those haters with your glowing look just like Katrina Kaif. To nail her makeup look, just apply BB cream and concealer and blend it in with a damp beauty sponge. Then fill in your brows with a brow pencil and dab on pinkish nude lipstick on your lips and cheeks. You can then go in with a liquid highlighter and apply it to the tops of your cheekbones for that radiant look.
Before you're applying makeup, just remember to prep your skin with moisturiser for that plump and hydrated look, and never skip SPF.
Have a great holi-yay, gorgeous!
