Layers, layer, layers! Honestly, if you were to take a cursory glance at Carrie Bradshaw’s closet, you would find an array of enticing layers. Texture, silhouette, colour and styling—you name it, she has it!
A monochrome look really hits home and considering it’s still the season for warm layers, I decided to recreate this head-to-toe black outfit. A plain black wool coat and a pair of stockings came together, which I styled with ankle-length boots as opposed to the lengthier version seen on the protagonist. Whether you have been on the lookout for an ideal back-to-work fit or a chic OOTD that never fails to impress, this one is as versatile as they come!
Pop of Colour
Girl sure knows how to style a balanced look, one that incorporates the best of accessories, colour and details. I mean there’s obviously a reason (and then some) why Sarah Jessica Parker’s portrayal of Carrie Bradshaw remains iconic!
