How To Make A DIY Makeup Primer At Home Using Just 3 Products

One of the most underrated beauty products at the moment is the humble primer. It's the primer's job to make your skin look even, polished and smooth. Not just that, it also helps to blur out blemishes and fill in your pores. You'd be a silly billy to give the primer a miss because, without it, your base will look chalky and cakey. If you don't have a primer at home, don't worry, we'll teach you how to make one using the beauty products you already have!

And just like that, your DIY primer is ready! In place of aloe vera, you can also use glycerin. However, aloe vera is more nourishing for the skin. It's loaded with anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties, that help to heal and soothe the skin. Not to mention, it's also rich in Vitamin A and C and does a fab job at moisturising and hydrating the skin.

Since aloe vera has a sticky texture, it will hold your makeup well and ensure that it stays put for long hours. Just in case you don't feel like wearing foundation or concealer, you can give both beauty products a miss. Just wear this primer and that should be more than enough. Since this product also contains BB cream and crushed compact powder pigments, it will also conceal blemishes, acne and dark spots.

So, all set to make your own primer?
