“They are very easy to incorporate in any food that you’re having, perhaps adding 1-2 teaspoon in smoothie or juices daily is also a good starting point. You can also top off your cereal bowls or fruits with these seeds to ensure sufficient nutrition for your body right at the start of the day”, Aishwarya adds.

DIY Flaxseed Gel

 

You’ll need:

– Flaxseeds

– A bowl of water

Step 1: In the bowl, add 2-3 tablespoon of flaxseed and let it soak for some time, until it turns into a gel-like consistency.

Step 2: Store this gel in the freezer and use frequently as a moisturizing mask that will give you a dewy glow within minutes.

Step 3: Simply apply this gel on the face and let it stay for 10 mins, wash it off with water and pat dry , follow it up with a toner and a moisturizing cream.
