This Simple Sheet Mask Trick Will Change The Way Your Skin Feels!

One of my favourite skincare products is the humble sheet mask. Tiny in size, the sheet mask is a genius product that provides instant hydration to the skin and makes it glow! Compared to getting a facial done at a spa, sheet masks are an inexpensive way to pamper your skin.

After a long day at work, I like to take a hot shower, slip into my pyjamas, grab a mug of green tea and put on a sheet mask. Not only does my body feel relaxed by this, but my skin feels the same way too. Last week, I discovered a cool sheet mask hack and I'd like to share it with you guys!

You'll need just two beauty products - a sheet mask and a face roller. Once you have these, you're ready to move on to the next step!

Step 1: Leave the sheet mask and face roller in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Step 2: In the meantime, wash your face well and make sure that your skin is free from dirt and makeup residue.

Step 5: Remove the sheet mask and don't wash your face for a while. (You want all the hydrating goodness to soak into the deepest layers of your skin)

Step 6: Apply a lightweight moisturiser to seal in all the moisture into the skin.

While the sheet mask by itself does wonders for your skin, a cold face roller make the experience even more enjoyable. Instead of the serum just sitting on the surface of your skin, the face roller will push the product into the skin and promote blood circulation in the area. Not to mention, help in lymphatic drainage as well. You got to try it to believe it!
