How to make: Take a glass of warm water add the juice of half a lemon and one teaspoon of honey and drink it.
One of the major causes for bloating is digestive problems and if you suffer from these on a regular basis then you need to start drinking jeera water in the morning. Cumin or jeera seeds are known for their digestion boosting properties and relieving one from acidity and bloating.
How to make: Add one teaspoon of jeera to one cup of water and bring it to a boil. Allow it to cool and then drink it on an empty stomach.

How to make: Take two teaspoons of fennel seeds and add them in a glassful of water and leave it overnight. Drink this first thing in the morning.
When we talk about digestive problems, turmeric or haldi is a must. It's packed with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that are used for treating different ailments. Turmeric is also an immunity booster and helps with digestive issues like gas, bloating and easy bowel movement. Hence, it is best to have it first thing in the morning to help rid your body of all the toxins.
How to make: Boil a cup of water in a pan. Put a teaspoon of haldi and half a teaspoon of lemon juice in a cup and pour the water in it. You can also add some honey to sweeten the drink if you like. Drink lukewarm.
