  • Chicken legs
  • 2 litres of Coca-Cola
  • 2 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce

How to make

  • Take water in a pan and boil the chicken legs away till they are fully cooked. 
  • After the chicken is cooked, replace the water with Coca-Cola. 
  • After it starts to boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of light Soy Sauce. (You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste). 
  • Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Keep stirring at regular intervals. 
  • The Coca-Cola should have a syrupy consistency 
  • Remove the chicken and serve hot.

  • 1/4 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make 

  • Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips, the butter and the sweetened condensed milk in a large microwaveable bowl. Put your microwave on medium and switch it on until the chocolate chips are melted, say about 3-5 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking. 
  • Once it is done, pour it into a well-greased dish and refrigerate until set.

Soups are always soothing but they are too tough to make. Well, that’s what you might have thought until now. Here’s a genius hassle-free 3-ingredients recipe of tomato soup that you will just love.

The three ingredients

  • 2 kg halved lengthwise plum tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Staples: 

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

How to make

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the tomatoes, cut side up, on the baking tray after seasoning them with one-and-a-half teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of pepper. Drizzle them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. 
  • Roast the tomatoes for one hour and 15 minutes, and let cool slightly. 
  • Now, take three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Cook them on medium after adding half a teaspoon of salt until they are soft and translucent. 
  • Now, add the tomatoes, their juices, the cream and little over a cup of water in the pan. 
  • Bring it to boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes on low heat. 
  • After the mixture is cooled down, transfer it in the blender in batches and make a puree.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings according to your taste.

Coconut Til Ladoos

  • 1 cup dry grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup deseeded and chopped dates
  • 2 cups white sesame seeds

How to make

  • Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan for about one to two minutes until it turns golden brown. Now, keep aside the sesame to cool down. 
  • Now, add coconut to the wok and stir well until it’s a little roasted. 
  • Lightly grind the sesame seeds in the blender but don’t turn it into powder. 
  • Now, take the dates, the sesame seeds and coconut in a bowl and mix it well. 
  • Take a small amount of the mixture on your hand and shape it like a ladoo, and you’re done.

  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast cut into halves
  • 1 pint halved heirloom cherry
  • 220 grams spicy marinated mozzarella balls and the oil from the container

  • Salt

  • Take the mozzarella balls out of the marinade and transfer half of the marinade to a baking dish.

  • 250 gms sugar

How to make 

  • Take the cashews and the milk in a blender and grind them into a fine paste. 
  • Now, mix this paste with sugar in a pan and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring it to a boil. 
  • Continue stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. 
  • Let it cool slightly and roll the mixture with a rolling pin on to a greased surface. Now, cover with the silver leaf and cut in diamond-shaped pieces.

  • 2 chicken breasts
