Fifth, make the most of it and step out. What joy is it to step out, meet friends and catch up. Meeting friends is another thing that everyone should do often. Have a little more time this weekend? Don't spend it scrolling through your friends' Instagram feeds, but call them up and invite them for a catchup sesh.
