One of India’s wildest music festivals is Ragasthan. It’s a 3-day festival that allows you to camp in a desert of Jaisalmer. You can either bring your own tent and camp out there or stay at a Swiss Tent that comes with your own washroom and a comfy bed. Over here, you can listen to your favourite genre of music. Pop, rock, electronic, dub-step and fusion – whatever floats your boat. If you need a break from the music scene, they also have a film festival happening here.

Storm Festival

Music and nature go hand in hand and that’s what this festival is all about. You can go for yoga sessions, attend music workshops, go for late-night walks and do camp-jams while you chew on your squishy roasted marshmallows. Music is religion here and is believed to bring people closer. What I think you’ll love about this place is that it takes you away from the hustle and bustle in the city, makes you relax and enjoy and it has a no drugs policy.
