Jahnvi Kapoor was acing beauty looks, even before her first movie hit the silver screen! First of all, her transformation through the years has been phenomenal. Coming from that and already having a signature beauty look, now that’s something. She’s no stranger to sporting the smokey eye, but recently at an event, she sported a blue smokey eye makeup look that got us talking. It was a fabulous twist on the regular smokey eye. Here’s how you can recreate the same eye makeup look.
Get the look
Step 1: Prime your eyes with an eyelid primer or concealer. This will make sure the blue stands out.
Step 2: Use a blue gel eyeliner or pencil eyeliner and draw on over your lid with a heavy hand. Stop a little below the crease.
Step 3: Use a blending brush and smudge the eyeliner all over the lid. This part doesn’t have to be perfect.
Step 4: Take some black eyeshadow on a fluffy brush and blend it into the crease and the outer corner of the eye. Also, sweep the same brush over the lid so there’s a symmetry and it looks like the colours are flowing.
Step 5: Take a flat brush and dab some blue eyeshadow on your lid to make the blue pop. You could replace this with a shimmery blue for a night out party look.
Step 6: Use the same eyeshadow brush and smudge the blue eyeshadow on your lower lash line as well.
Step 7: Line your lashline and waterline with kohl and sweep on two coats of your favourite mascara.
