  8. Rotate Your Tongue: Close your mouth and rotate your tongue inside in circular motion. Make sure your tongue touches the outer surface of your teeth.   9. Cheek Workout: This one is the most simple one. Pucker up your lips and move them on alternating sides. This one you can do whenever you are free throughout the day.
