Remember Heer from one of the most iconic soaps of Ekta Kapoor? Yes, we are talking about the TV actress Additi Gupta who started her acting career with Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and rose to fame with Ishbaaaz. She got engaged yesterday to her longtime beau Kabir Chopra in an intimate ceremony and announced it on Instagram with an adorable picture. Check it out:
Previously in an interview Additi had said, “I don’t feel I should plan about my marriage so early. But yes my parents wish to see me settled. My relatives, people around and neighbours keep asking my parents about my marriage plans. Such questions are sometimes funny, irritating and also make you blush (laughs). I’m happy being single after the breakup. As of now I’m not dating anyone but enjoying being single.”
A lot of television biggies congratulated the couple and sounded just as surprised as us! Anita Hassanandani even wrote how she’d sensed it a long long long loooonngggg time ago! Karan Patel shared a picture of the two on his Instagram story with a caption that read – “Lots of love and luck guys, Guddu Ki Guddi. Congratulations to two clean hearted ppl #StayHappyForever.”
