As promised by Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma in a recent Instagram post, the team of Sui Dhaaga has given us a little surprise. It’s not a teaser or poster of their upcoming movie, but logo(s) of the film.
For the first time in Bollywood, a commercial movie has released a logo and in such a creative way, involving artisans and handicrafts. The concept and stencils for the logo were sent to talented artists all over the country, including the corners that are not easily accessible. Every artist then told a story through their work in the logo.
From Kashmiri kadhai to gota patti, Sui Dhaaga is the only film that has explored and brought together a collection of handworks on one platform to represent India. All the handworks were so diverse that the makers couldn’t decide which one to choose as the official logo for the film. So guess what? All the logos are the official symbol of Sui Dhaaga now. Wait until you see them, you’ll be wowed!
