Even though I am 26, if I don’t see my mothers face when I wake up in the morning, I go into a state of panic! So I’m wondering what a 13-year-old would go through when he knows he is far away from his mother, that too on his birthday.
We woke up today with Sonali Bendre wishing her son a very happy 13th birthday and even though she far away from him, her heartfelt message made us believe in the strength of motherhood.
Her message read – “Ranveeeeer! My sun, my moon, my stars, my sky… Okay, maybe I’m being a bit melodramatic, but your 13th birthday deserves this. Wow, you’re a teenager now… Will need some time to wrap my head around that fact. I can’t tell you enough how proud I am of you… Your wit, your humour, your strength, your kindness, and even your mischief. Happy happy birthday, my not-so-little one. It’s the first one that we’re not together… I miss you terribly. Lots and lots of love always and forever…. biiiiig hug!”
Sonali Bendre is undergoing treatment for her high-grade cancer in New York at the moment. She is battling it with so much courage that it makes us want to applaud her. Her recent social media post depicts the strength that she has along with the support of all her loved ones!
