Ever since the news of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas getting engaged started doing the rounds, the whole country has been abuzz with energy! Kab, kahan aur kaise is all that people are wondering right now. But it seems like PeeCee and Nick have another surprise in store for us. After getting engaged on Priyanka’s 36th birthday last month, reports suggest that they will tie the knot on Nick’s 26th birthday on September 16th. Much much sooner than we had expected, right? When we got to know that PC had left Salman-Khan starrer Bharat, we knew something was cooking, but itni jaldi!?

According to the same reports, Nick is flying down to India with the entire Jonas clan to meet Priyanka and her family, and the buzz is that they will also be discussing the wedding details. This is all so exciting! More like the chat mangni, patt byah that we’ve all heard of and seen in Bollywood movies, but never experienced IRL, no?
The rumours of their relationship first started doing the rounds when PC and Nick attended the Met Gala together in 2017. But nothing was confirmed and people soon forgot all about it. But recently, Priyanka accompanied Nick to his cousin’s wedding and they came into the limelight again. They were even spotted doing cute coupley things on many occasions – be it a bicycle ride together, going on a double date with Nick’s brother Joe and his fiancé Sophie Turner or bonding with the Jonas fam. A few days ago, Nick accompanied Priyanka to India, where they attended Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s pre-engagement function together. They looked like quite a pair at the do.
Later, they even went to Goa for a small vacay with Priyanka’s cousin Parineeti and a few other friends. They seem to be getting along really well with each other’s families and it’s a great sign that something more serious might be coming up soon. Some reports even suggested that Priyanka will be a part of Nick’s new single.
