1. Do An Ice Facial Every Night


Before you hit the sack, rub a cube of ice on your face in circular motions. This helps to improve blood circulation and gives skin an instant glow. You can also dip your face in a bowl of cold water for less than a minute to get glowing skin.


2. Make A Face Pack Using Ghee





If your skin is looking dull, you need ghee in your life ASAP. Make a face mask using ghee and besan and apply it on your face and neck. Leave the mask to harden and wash it off after 20 minutes.


3. Go Nuts!


You need vitamin E in your system to make your skin glow all through the year. Nuts offer you that! A handful of walnuts, dates, cashews and almonds will provide your body with minerals, fibre, proteins and unsaturated fats. 


4. Enter Veganhood





If you have sensitive skin, you might want to take a break from using beauty products that are packed with chemicals and lead. Opt for vegan and herbal brands instead. The formula and choice of ingredients used will feel milder on your skin. 


5. Live A 'Berry' Happy Life


When you're eating your oats, make sure to include a handful of assorted berries. They're packed with flavonoids and antioxidants that fight free radicals, protect skin from the sun and promote glowing skin. 


6. Do The Doggy Style


Yoga is important for both, mind and body. As soon as you wake up, stretch well. Throw a yoga mat on the floor and do the downward-facing dog pose. This will improve the circulation of your blood which also contributes to glowing skin. 


7. Get Some Beauty Sleep, Princess!





Sleep can get you the best skin ever! Not many of us sleep for 7-8 hours. This can leave your skin looking dull, haggard and tired. Your skin repairs itself when the body is at rest. Don't forget to keep yourself hydrated too! Drinking lots of water = happy skin.
