Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ engagement came as a surprise not just to us but to many Bollywood celebs like Kangana Ranaut as well. When asked to comment on PC’s engagement at an event, the Queen actress said she wasn’t aware of it. Kangana also reportedly shared earlier that she was upset at Priyanka for not telling her the big news.
Well, we agree with Kangana cause if I were PC’s bestie or even a good friend I would probably be upset too.
Recently, at a fashion event, Kangana spoke to a media house about Priyanka and Nick. She said, “well, I spoke to Priyanka the other day and I congratulated her. She seems excited and very happy. I mean of course, if such an event is taking place, I would love to celebrate with her because she’s lovely and she deserves all the happiness. She’s a very close and dear friend. I get very happy and excited with weddings and engagements, pretty much like ‘Begani Shaadi Mein Abdulla’. That’s my scene.”
The two actresses have worked in three movies together – Fashion, Krrish 3 and Shootout at Wadala. They both started bonding after their first movie, Fashion. After the film, they were seen hanging out together and have been supporting each other ever since.
While everyone is still hungover on the shocking yet amazing news of Priyanka and Nick being a couple. We hope we see the couple tie the knot soon! (fingers crossed)
There are rumours that Nick’s entire family will be travelling to Mumbai soon and we are excited to see all this fam-bam!
