Here's Why Vegetable Cooking Oil Is The BAAP Of All Hair Oils!

The same oil that you use to fry an anda can be applied to your hair as well! Nope, not even kidding! Take a break from your fancy almond, castor and argan oil, and give vegetable oil a shot. What are your options? The regular - sunflower, canola, coconut, olive, soybean or mustard. Are they safe? 100%! In fact, here's why vegetable cooking oil is the BAAP of all hair oils!


1. That Girl With Thick, Long Hair


Just applying a lil bit of vegetable oil to your hair and scalp can boost hair growth! Coconut oil is anything but rare. It's found in almost every Indian household. Heat the oil and use your fingertips to apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Don't forget to massage your scalp in circular motions. Do this twice a week for a month and you'll see a change in your mane's texture. From fine, thin hair, you'll soon have gorgeous thick locks.

Do you have an itching scalp problem? If so, then you need sunflower oil in your life. It works well for those who suffer from scalp infections and brittle hair. Since it contains omega 9 acid, it also prevents hair from falling and breaking.

Bad hair days aren't just about messy hair, it's also to do with the overall health as well. Just how skin gets a natural glow when it's healthy, your hair turns shiny and soft when nourished. Any vegetable oil will give you glossy and smooth locks. 


5. Anti-Dandruff Game Strong!


The next time that you condition your hair, mix a teaspoon of vegetable oil to your conditioner. Make sure that every strand is coated with a generous amount of oil and conditioner. Wrap your hair with a warm towel and don't wash your hair for the next 10-15 minutes. Not only will the dandruff be gone, but your hair will start to feel soft as well.

Step 1: In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of your favourite vegetable oil. 


Step 2: Add 1 egg white to the mix.


Step 3: Drizzle honey over both ingredients and stir well.


Step 4: Use a wide-toothed comb to spread the mask so that the coverage is even. 


Step 5: Avoid touching your hair for at least 20-30 minutes. 


Step 6: You can wash the mask off with lukewarm water once it hardens. Good luck!
