To us, on the other hand, it is a subtle declaration of her love for her long-time crush and now boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor.
Let us explain. Ranbir’s whole family is obsessed with the number 8. Rishu, Neetu, Ridhima and he himself – all of them are very loyal to the number as it is a tried and tested lucky charm for them. Apparently, when RK purchased his first jeep back in the early 2000s, his license plate had a single digit on it… 8.
Same with the rest of his cars. Neetu Kapoor’s car’s license plate number adds up to an 8 too. July 8 being her birthday, the fixation might be rooted in Neetu being lucky for the family.
