Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera is the most common and easily found plants in India. From skin to hair, the benefits of aloe vera are plenty. Drinking aloe vera juice is good for your skin and your health.

You Need:

1-2 leaves of aloe vera
Turmeric powder, optional

How To: 

Cut a tentacle straight from the plant and scoop the juice out of it. Since aloe vera is thick in consistency, you can dilute it in water. You can also add a pinch of turmeric powder to this juice. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and will give your skin a natural glow.

Carrot-Ginger-Honey Juice

You Need

1-2 medium-sized carrots, grated
1 piece ginger
2 tablespoons honey

1 lime, juiced
1 beetroot, small, sliced
1/4th watermelon, sliced
Cilantro leaves, optional

How To


Add watermelon and beetroot slices with water and blend. Add lime juice and sprinkle some cilantro leaves on top.

Orange-Apple-Honey Juice

Oranges are a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants. When combined with apples, this juice helps in fighting signs of ageing like wrinkles and fine lines.

1 Orange, deseeded
1 apple, sliced
