About two months ago, Shreya started a series on YouTube. She decided to try out 5 outfits from Bollywood celebs' own labels that they have modelled in or worn otherwise. In the videos, she talks about what she liked about the look and what was off.
She did three videos- 'All About You' by Deepika Padukone, 'Nush' by Anushka Sharma and 'Rheson' by Sonam and Rhea Kapoor. Read on!
Shreya was very excited to try out clothes by Deepika' label 'All About You.' She tried five super chic outfits and loved the collection. The sleeves had great detailing and the designs were very fresh and different. Her favourite was the mustard-yellow winter dress with a side slit. Shreya loved how the dress fit her well and had a zipper on one side which was a unique element. The one attire that didn't appeal too much to her was the strappy striped flowy dress with a plain white tee that Deepika wore at the airport. Shreya thought it smelled really bad and was a complete bummer. Her overall experience of trying clothes from Deepika's closet was fantastic.
Shreya was super excited to shop from 'Nush' by Anushka Sharma because the online catalog looked very fancy. All the clothes modeled by the 'Pari' actress looked very stylish. However, she felt that the designers at Nush were fairly new and didn't really know what's in trend. The website kept crashing all the time. Also, the sizes were inaccurate. she tried on two co-ords, two dresses and one trenchcoat. She wasn't too happy with Nush as the fabric was mediocre for the price it was being offered at. Her overall experience was average.
When she was browsing through Rheson's collection online, she felt that there was a lot of research done on the designs. There were unconventional ensembles which caught her eye and she was excited to try them on. She tried two sweatshirts, a pair of indigo-dyed jeans that fit her very well. She loved the fact that the jeans had too many tags telling the buyer about the product and how to wash it. Her favourite was a turquoise shirt with toffee sleeves with cassettes on it. Shreya loved the nostalgic element to the shirt, the fabric was SO soft and breezy. All in all, she totally loved the Rheson collection as the fabric is fabulous and so are the designs.
