Royal Wedding gifts on eBay. Yes, you read that right! Guests who received goodies from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s wedding have put their goodie bags on sale to collect money for charity.
The royal wedding was the much awaited and most talked about wedding of the year. There were 600 guests who attended the wedding in person at St George’s Chapel at the Windsor Castle and there were another 1,200 people who gathered outside the chapel.

Those 1,200 people who stood outside the chapel were all given celebratory gift bags which had goodies curated specially by the couple. Wondering what all was there in those royal gift bags? The bag contained chocolate coins wrapped in gold with the royal couple’s initials, a water bottle, shortbread, a magnet featuring the wedding date and the initials ‘H’ and ‘M’, as well as a coupon to a local store. Not only that, it also had their wedding date and the location of the wedding ceremony. Now that is quite a lot to cherish, we say!

But we were surprised when we came across a post on eBay where we saw that the guests have started selling the bags online to draw more profit out of the royal goodies. The gifts are being sold on eBay and the bids have already surpassed USD 2700 (Rs 1,83,613). Reports suggest, while some are doing this to make a quick buck, others are raising money for charity. We must say, the royal wedding hangover isn’t going away soon.
