It sure looks like Virushka set the trend for an influx of celebrity weddings. This year is the most exciting year for Bollywood as it will witness some of the most awaited weddings. Amidst the buzz of Deepika and Ranveer’s year-end wedding preparations and now Sonam Kapoor tying the knot to her beau Anand Ahuja tomorrow, there’s another couple who are next in line. Yes! Let’s put your curiosity to rest. It’s none other than Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon. The duo worked together in Raabta and have been inseparable ever since.
The couple has never admitted their love for each other in public yet, but their Instagram posts have left many cues for us to figure out what’s cooking. And let’s admit it, they both look adorable together.
In one of her old interviews Kriti said, “I don’t like that the attention goes away from one’s work, but at the same time, it (gossip) is a part and parcel of the industry. It is not something that I can control. So better to ignore it or laugh along with it. As long as my family members or people really close to me know what’s happening in my personal life, I am okay with it.”
It seems they are doing a Virushka and Sonam-Anand by being tight-lipped about their wedding planning. However, there are pictures surfacing on social media where Kriti was spotted with her parents, sister and pet dog at Sushant’s home in Bandra. They also met Manish Malhotra at his residence yesterday which further drops a hint that they might be wearing the designer’s collection for their wedding or engagement.
Though, this wasn’t the first time Sushant met Kriti’s parents. He has met her parents a couple of times, earlier. A picture of him posing with the Sanon family broke the internet in June last year and if this is anything to go by, they do seem like a happy family. We wish the couple all the best for their wedding preps.
