It’s 11:15 AM and usually, on a Tuesday morning, it takes us hours to truly wake ourselves up. Not today, though. Today, #SonamKiShaadi woke us up. And ‘look ma!’, no coffee! It’s a feat, considering we were ‘keeping up with’ the Kapoors till late last night… Even after Sukhbir Singh brought the house down and left fashionista Sonam and Anand’s new BKC home, we were still with them. If you were as much a part of the Kapoors’ merrymaking as we were, you are also desperately eyeing Instagram for glimpses of the Bollywood’s bride-to-be and the whole clan.
We enjoyed Bollywood’s successful fashion moments as much as singing, dancing and selfies at Sonam Kapoor’s big Mehendi, last night. Didn’t you? So, we’re going to give you a headstart today before the big Anand Karaj wedding today. From the bride to her billionaire beau, Anand Ahuja here are the first fashion snaps from this morning’s ceremony:

Sonam, you’ve shocked us and how! The bride-to-be chose Indian designer Anuradha Vakil once again, after her ghar ki mehendi function on the 6th. Even though it’s a shocker, we admit she does look like a dream in this all-red, embroidered bridal lehenga with heavy traditional jewellery.
2. Anand Ahuja
The groom is wearing a beige/gold bandhgala with churidaars and regal jewels around his neck. We love the traditional touch Anand works with a kirpan in hand and the embellished pagdi.
3. Kareena, Saif and Taimur Ali Khan
Can we just stop and appreciate the brilliance of this image first? The family looks picture perfect dressed in shades of pink and white as they arrive at Sonam and Anand’s wedding venue. Pink seems to be popular with the guests including Bebo in an Anita Dongre anarkali. P.S. Taimur is possibly the most good-looking person wedding guest there.
4. Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor
The insta-famous Kapoor sisters brighten the wedding venue up as they pose for the paparazzi outside Rockdale. While Janhvi looks pretty in an embellished pink and sky blue lehenga, Khushi pulls off her yellow and blue mirror work outfit with ease.
5. Jacqueline Fernandez
Sonam’s Bollywood bestie looks vibrant in a rani pink embellished lehenga by Anita Dongre with a colourful tasselled paranda tied into a plait. Did you know that Sonam wore the same lehenga for a magazine shoot last year?

He’s here and he’s wearing pink! We love Karan Johar’s chikankari bandhgala, which he’s wearing with a white churidaar and black tasselled mules. Expected but incredibly fashionable.
6. Masaba Gupta
The designer and Sonam Kapoor’s bestie wore an original from her label, House of Masaba. She is totally nailing it in her pista green and rani pink saree – the perfect summer saree, isn’t it?
7. Swara Bhaskar
Swara Bhaskar is a peacock with wings spread wide in an electric blue Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga.
8. Arjun Kapoor
Sonam’s cousin and B-town heartthrob Arjun Kapoor made sure he was on time for his sister’s wedding today after his tardiness last night! The actor is also wearing a deep blue kurta and Nehru jacket with white pyjamas today.
9. Sanjay Kapoor And Maheep Kapoor
And Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor are here too! While Sanjay wears a traditional kurta and Nehru jacket combination, Maheep mixes it up with colourful embroidery.
