Who else has been losing faith in Sonam Kapoor and her fashion choices lately? We have to admit, it’s been a cold few months from who we have always known as Bollywood’s most fashionable actress. Remember her disastrous yellow dress at a recent awards show. Almost made me cry. Padman promotions didn’t give us anything to rave about either. For everyone who’s been missing all the sartorial action courtesy Ms Kapoor’s wardrobe, time to raise those champagne glasses because celebrations are in order.
The actress and her wardrobe have come out of hiding, finally! Sonam has been in Dubai the past few days for IWC Watches’ 150th anniversary – in exceptionally styled sartorial ensembles, might I add? Maybe it’s her recent engagement to Anand Ahuja… whatever the reason, we’re losing it over her outfits. Her ivory pantsuit by Delpozo was unlike any other we’ve seen this season.
We know what Miranda Priestly said, but Sonam’s florals ARE quite groundbreaking this spring. With an extravagant belt to match with her floral neck ornament, the look had much to be excited about. Next, her suave black look from IWC’s big celebratory event:
Loving her elegant Elie Saab black gown that was accompanied by a biker-chic leather cape and a black lace bustier. Well done, Sonam, well done. Her emerald bustier princess gown was worth more-than-polite applause, too. It’s a colour, that Sonam wears rather well.

This is the moment we concur that halter tops might be back and we’re not too mad. We’re thanking our stars (literally) that Sonam Kapoor is back in the game. TBH she’s winning it.
Let’s hope she keeps it up and gives us more looks to lose our shi* over!
