15 Shades Of Pink: The Prettiest Pink Lehengas That Brides Wore!

15 Shades Of Pink: The Prettiest Pink Lehengas That Brides Wore!

I, like every other girl in the world, am in love with my mom’s wedding outfit. It’s a gorgeous magenta-coloured silk lehenga, with shades of beige and green borders. I always wanted to wear my mother’s wedding lehenga when I got married, not just because of the emotional value attached to it, but also because it was the most stunning lehenga I had ever come across in my life. And although my loyalties still lie with it, I’m totally crushing on these gorgeous brides in their stunning pink lehengas. I’m sure you will love them too!

1. Floral overdose

This stunning bride opted for a bright pink lehenga with an icy blue border for her day wedding and looked as fresh as a daisy. Her matching jewellery and minimal make-up were the perfect finishing touches to make her look as perfect as she did!

2. The Banarasi swag

I loved this bride’s choice of a magenta Banarasi silk lehenga for her reception. She paired the pink lehenga with a bright red dupatta and looked every bit dazzling in it.

3. Twirl girl

Who said that bright neon pink is not an option for brides? Well, this bride proved that’s not the case when she picked a neon pink lehenga for her mehendi ceremony. She accessorized her look with matching gota jewellery and the result was this awesome.

4. Cherry blossom feels, much?

Just right for the diva bride, this dazzling lehenga with sequins and crystals is all you need to feel like a princess on your big day. Many people suggest things not to do while wearing a lehenga and among them stands matching it all-over. But we suggest, do what this bride did and pair your lehenga with an elaborate choker, dewy make-up and soft curls.

5. The bride and the buggy

We have seen a lot of brides wear a combination of green and pink, but never has anybody looked so elegant. The colour combination of the lehenga looks pretty unique with bright pink as the primary colour and a bluish-green border. The bride wore a layered necklace with her outfit and looked spot on.

6. The bubblegum babe

This pretty lass opted for a monotone banarasi silk lehenga in a cute bubblegum pink colour. Keeping in mind that it was her mehendi function, she did the right thing by opting for a fabric like Banarasi silk which is light and comfy.

7. The royal bride

Just look at the stunner – her heavily embroidered wedding lehenga was in three different shades of pink. A dark pink skirt with a baby pink border and a baby pink choli with a magenta dupatta. The elaborate kundan jewellery and the drape of the dupatta made her look every inch like a queen.

8. Pastels, pastels!

Pastels are the new trend for brides, especially the ones who hate going OTT with bling and shimmer. This pretty lady opted for a very understated pastel pink lehenga with a heavy net dupatta and a sequin studded blouse. Her minimal jewellery and make-up were all that was needed to complete her day wedding look.

9. There’s nobody as pretty as a happy bride!

While contrasting colours were a raging trend a couple of years back, now the bridal fashion market seems to be all about monotones. A simple bright pink lehenga with a huge golden border and aari work, given a touch of elegance with a layered kundan necklace and matching earrings. So much prettiness one frame.

10. One can never go wrong with pink and red…

It has been and will always be one of the classic combinations for bridal lehengas – pink and red. A little piece of advice though – do not go overboard with your jewellery if you are opting for a heavy dual toned lehenga. It tends to take away from the outfit.

11. Elegance in a frame

We know this doesn’t look like a pink lehenga at first glance, but hey, that is the beauty of it. I am all game for this blush pink lehenga with light embroidery, topped with minimal jewellery and an au naturel make-up look.

12. Skipping down the happy road

Just like red and pink, orange and pink is also a beautiful colour combination when it comes to Indian wear. This pretty bride opted for a simple pink and orange lehenga for her mehendi ceremony and we can totally see how happy she is. Your mehendi outfit should be one that allows you to move around freely, and this is exactly it.

13. The Sabyasachi effect

We all know that Sabya is a master when it comes to wedding outfits. This pretty pink lehenga with a blush pink dupatta and the signature Sabyasachi style embroidery is just another proof of that.

14. Round and round she goes…

Only a heavily embroidered pink lehenga works for the princess bride. I love that she kept her jewellery minimal and let her bright pink lehenga do all the talking!

15. Those dimples, though!

This pretty bride (with undeniably gorgeous dimples) opted for a baby pink lehenga, that had just a hint of magenta on the border of the dupatta. Since her lehenga was on the simpler side, she accessorized with a heavy kundan choker set and a layered necklace. Great decision, because look how amazing she looked!
