Good news in the Ambani household. Akash Ambani, the eldest son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani, is about to tie the knot with Shloka Mehta, the daughter of diamond merchant Russell Mehta. The couple is now engaged and for that the Ambanis, accompanied by Shloka, visited the Siddhivinayak Temple on Sunday.
Akash, 25, got engaged to Shloka in a private ceremony in Goa. The couple studied in the Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai and have been close friends for a long time.
“I have known Shloka since she was four and we are all delighted to welcome her to our home and our hearts,” says Neeta Ambani.
The wedding is supposed to take place in December and we have no doubt that it’ll be the wedding of the year!
